Leading Through Quality Improvement
 

I teach a course dedicated to Continuous Improvement.  This course uses the thoughts, ideas, and exercises suggested by Dr. W Edwards Deming, Brian Joiner, and others.  The outcome of the course is an improved understanding of the organization – how it operates as a system, how to use information to predict the output of the system and bring it under control, and what leaders (and employees) need to understand their system.

 

We discuss:

  • How did we get here? (The world of work as we know it)
  • Red Bead Experiement
  • The System of Profound Knowledge

 

Quality Improvement is not a "flavor of the month".  It is an ongoing, never ending process to understand and improve the way ANY company can achieve higher productivity, increased customer loyalty, and more satisfied employees.
