 Hello and Welcome to Elmerlearning!

On this website you can:

* Learn about continuous improvement.  What is it? How does it work?  What does it do?

* Learn about and use programs, activities, and philosophies that contribute to the area of continuous improvement.  I will quickly define some of the most common practices for you here.

* Get ideas about teaching continuous improvement concepts to associates.

I will also share some easy-to-use yet impactful activities to use to teach those concepts.

There are many resources about continuous improvement, and most of them are written for managers and leaders.  Resources aimed at hourly employees (associates), however, are more difficult to find.

The navigation pane on the left will lead you to information about various continuous improvement processes and philosophies.  Here you can check out many of the continuous improvement models that are widely used today - and  how they work - and do it all from one place! This convenient area will provide an opportunity to examine many of the continuous improvement processes used today.  Learn how to implement them effectively!

Following the Six Sigma page are ideas  and exercises to assist in team building, instructional design, facilitation, train the trainer, etc. designed to give you ideas to get you started.

Please email me with any questions or comments you might have.  I'd be eager to provide assistance.
