I am an experienced Training Manager/Instructional Designer with a broad base of knowledge and the ability to improve business results. I have an in-depth understanding, and experience in, teaching and creating learning materials for both classroom and e-learning. I also have an MBA with a concentration in Leadership Development.
I am currently a regional trainer with Masco Contractor Services. My current responsibility is to help with the roll-out of a new Oracle solution in our 150+ sites throughout the US.
I have also recently completed assignments for Adobe Systems and T-Mobile, creating self-study and computer/web based learning materials, concentrating on areas of employee improvement. I had a great time - and I get to play with all the latest Adobe products as well as learn about the new T-Mobile (Google) phone.
